Josh and I met through social media — and not long after, he became a client of mine. But more than that, he became a brother. From the start, I saw something different in him. The way he approached every challenge with discipline, heart, and zero excuses. He never missed a workout. Never missed a meal. Never missed a check-in.

Josh became my benchmark — I’d send him workouts before anyone else because I knew he’d execute every single rep exactly as programmed. His physical transformation was impressive, but it was his internal and spiritual growth that left the biggest mark.

He became a leader within our team — always checking in on others, always being of service, and always showing up. Josh wasn’t just present — he was constant. He rooted for others louder than he did for himself.

That’s why we say: Workman Would.

Because no matter how hard it got, Josh would do it.

This challenge was built in his honor — and it’s not just a physical transformation. It’s a spiritual one. A mental one. An emotional one.

🧠 Daily Journaling

• List 3–5 micro goals you can accomplish today.

• Write down your overall life goals.

• List 3 things you’re grateful for.

• List 3 things you’re proud of.

• List 3 things you want to improve.

• Nightly inventory: What did you do today? How well did you show up? What needs more focus tomorrow?

📱 Daily Connection

Text, call, or message 3 people daily. Check in on them, ask how they’re doing, say something positive about them.

🏋️‍♂️ Training

• 5 weight training sessions per week (recommended).

• If you can’t get to the gym: Do 3–5 rounds of 5 bodyweight exercises (pushups, air squats, burpees, core work).

• 1x/week: Do something active outside that brings you joy — hiking, skating, surfing, etc.

• Daily cardio: 20–30 minutes minimum (10k steps is a good goal but not required).

🥗 Nutrition

Whole-food based only. No processed foods. Stay clean.

Snack ideas to kill cravings:

• Yogurt + chia + protein + grilled banana + berries + honey + cinnamon

• Cottage cheese + frozen blueberries + honey + cinnamon

• Protein cake: 100g yogurt + 1–2 scoops protein + 1 egg → stir → microwave 1 min → stir → microwave again (don’t overcook)

• Ninja Creami with blended cottage cheese + protein + Coco Whip

• Ripe bananas + protein + egg → pancakes, muffins, cake

🧠 Final Words

• Stick to the plan.

• Show up even when you don’t feel like it.

• Ask for help when you need it.
